UNITED STATES · STATE REGULATORS
US oil & gas data
Every state regulates its own oil and gas and publishes its own files. Petrora loads each one as the regulator files it and serves them in one shape, so a well, an operator, or a formation can be looked up the same way in any state and followed across a state line.

About this data
Each state's records come from its own regulator and are loaded as filed, then published in one shared shape: wells by 10-digit API number, operators by the regulator's own number, fields and pools by the regulator's id. Counts are rows on file.
